Please Note:

• Once purchased, access is provided via email/portal/WhatsApp.
• All digital products are non-refundable.
• Sharing content publicly or privately is prohibited.
• Screen recording, copying, or re-uploading videos will result in account suspension.

B. Physical Products (Merchandise)

Includes:

• Hoodies
• Oversized tees
• Limited edition apparel

Sizing, colours, and availability may vary. We try our best to ensure accuracy on product pages.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in PKR.
• Prices may change based on stock or promotions.
• Orders are only processed once payment is completed.
• Payment gateways have their own terms and policies.

5. Delivery Policy (For Apparel)

• Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days
• Delays due to courier, weather, public holidays, or incorrect details are beyond our control
• Once dispatched, order tracking will be provided

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

Digital Products

Strictly non-refundable due to instant accessibility.

Apparel & Merchandise

• Exchanges accepted (size or defect) within 48 hours
• Must be unused and in original condition
• Refunds only in case of major manufacturing defect
